Earning a dec charter
Becoming a DEC charterholder allows professionals to signify their expertise towards clients, recruiters, regulators and industry peers. Holding an active CDAA® or CBA® designation gives them access to the DEC society and opportunities for continuous professional development. Charterholders can benefit from exclusive access to DEC chapter events, industry workshops and regular job postings.
Use our Charterholder Directory tool to search for and verify an individual’s DEC Institute active CDAA® or CBA® designation status. You must know a charterholders name and surname, as we do not disclose our full list of charterholder.
If you have witnessed or know of a violation of any DEC policy or code of conduct & ethics by a DEC candidate, charterholder, or member, we encourage you to report violations via email to governance@decinstitute.org.
Becoming a DEC charterholder allows professionals to signify their expertise to clients, recruiters, regulators and industry peers. It grants them access to the DEC Association’s working groups and Global Chapter when they have a valid CDAA® or CBA® designation. DEC charterholder can access continuous professional development through our webinars and workshops, participate in regular networking meetups, and receive privileged access to events and job opportunities.
Four vibrant DEC Chapters around the world serve to expand your professional networks, keep you on top of industry developments, and assist in your international career pursuits. DEC members may elect to receive event information and notice of chapter activities in their DEC dashboard.
